By making a purchase on WOOCHIC, you agree to the following terms. These policies have been established to ensure your complete understanding of our refund and return procedures.

*Note: Whenever there is an update to your order status, such as successful payment, shipment of goods, etc., you will receive an email notification. If you do not receive the corresponding notifications, please contact us via our official email address: info@woochic.com.

Return policy :

1.Return requests for no reason are accepted within 30 calendar days after receiving the package. Items must be returned in original, unused condition, with all tags attached.
2. Do not send items to the sender's address listed on the received package. Returns will only be accepted after prior submission of a request.

Return Instructions:

1.Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. WOOCHIC will bear the return costs in case of quality problems, incorrect shipments or missing goods.
2.Refunds do not include original shipping costs.
3.Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of receiving the package.
4.Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and retain original labels and packaging.
5.Use the post office for return. In the event of non-receipt of the returned package by the carrier, responsibility falls on the buyer.

Return Process

1.Submit a return request : Contact us by email at info@woochic.com including your order number and reason for return.
2.Waiting for confirmation from customer service : Customer service will confirm whether the return is accepted by email within one business day.
3.Returning Items : Use the post office to return items to our warehouse. Record the weight of your package and get a tracking number after it's shipped.
4.Provide Package Information : Email package weight and tracking number to info@woochic.com for return tracking.
5.Item Inspection : We will inspect the item within 2 business days of receipt to confirm that it meets the return requirements.
6.Refund Processing : If the item meets our return policy, the refund will be processed within 3 business days. Refunds will be made to the payment account used when ordering.

Other notes:

1.Due to the lighting conditions during shooting and display settings, the actual color may vary slightly from the color shown on the website.
2.Dissatisfaction due to changes in style, color or personal preference are not considered quality problems.
3.Damage resulting from improper use, improper washing, neglected maintenance, improper care, self-repair, modification or other deliberate factors are not classified as problems quality.
4.We suggest you check our size guide before making your purchasing decision. Returns due to size issues will not be considered product quality issues.
5.Even though items are the same size, minor differences may occur due to variations in design and style. For accuracy, please rely on actual measurements.

Replacement Policy:

1.Currently we do not offer exchange service. If you wish to replace a product, please return the original item and then place a new order to purchase the desired product.
2.In case of quality problems, wrong shipments or missed shipments of goods, we provide return service and bear the shipping costs.

Order Cancellation Policy:

1.If payment for your order has not been made, you can cancel the order at any time.
2.You will receive an order shipping email when the order is shipped. Before receiving the order shipping email, you can contact our customer service to cancel the order.
3.Once an order has been shipped, unfortunately it cannot be canceled but you can initiate the returns process.

Re-shelving fees :

We do not charge a re-shelf fee for returns.
