WOOCHIC currently only supports shipping to France, but not to other countries and regions.

The order deadline is: midnight in France (UTC+1), i.e. 00:00.

Once you have paid for your order, please allow 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed at the warehouse. An email notification will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.

Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 8-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to reach your final destination.

Address Accuracy：Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or delivery errors. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
